Running into a new decade

Posted April 28th, 2012 by Amreen

With the milestone birthday, I paused to reflect on the past, the present and the future. Time is flying and there are still so many things I want to do. Posted March 25th, 2012 by Allan W Janssen

Dear Readers: What scares me about this article is that if she looks this good in person, I wouldn’t give a damn if she used to have a dick or not!! (Matter of fact, I’m not sure I would even care if she STILL had a dick!) —————————————————————— The national director of Miss Universe Canada [...]

This winter has been one of the mildest I can remember.  The trees here in Toronto are so confused, I have seen some already sprouting buds.  There has been a notable absence of snow and the usual bitter cold temperatures.  Torontonians …

Busting Boredom on the Treadmill: 5 Mile & 5km Workouts

Posted February 17th, 2012 by Angela (Oh She Glows)

When I hear the word treadmill, a few words come to mind: Boring. Repetitive. Dull. Auto-repeat. Nooooooooooooooooooo. You too? My reaction is mostly because I tend to fall into major treadmill ruts. I’ve recently discovered if I don’t consciously make an effort to create interesting treadmill workouts, then I really only have myself to blame [...]
